I don't get on the internet to act tough or be hard. I'm voicing my opinion like anyone else. You can't counter the argument, so instead you resort to labeling me as e tough.
There is no countering an opinion. You have yours and I have mine, but you are acting tough like "oh it's a fight, this new trend of showing eachother respect in the ring is just ***** ****", like come on man.

How is there anything *****-like with like unintentionally clashing heads with your opponent and touching gloves as an acknowledgment that it was an accident?

However, the ref instructed the fighters to continue.

Kirkland did, and Julio kept up with the latest tradition of slapping hands.

**** that. This isn't a game of bridge.

Our sporting society has gotten too sissified in the last 40 years.

Maybe its just my competitive nature that doesn't allow me to see the opponent as a friend.

You want respect from me in sporting competition,

lets do it after the game or event where I'll gladly give you your respects.

Game time is exactly that, the time to beat your opponent.
Sissy? he just put up his glove for a tap its not like he was asking for a hug, if he didnt want to tap his glove he didnt have to but he didnt have to punch him instead

anyway, that's not the point.. the point is that the ref was still holding Julio back.
if the ref is in the mix seperating you, you can't hit during the brake FACT.
Since when has slapping hands been a tradition?

              Notice I said, "latest tradition"?

              Meaning, fairly new.

              The point is,

the ref gave them the ok to continue.

One fighter, oops, I mean "boxer", did, and the other didn't.

Kirkland is the kind of fighter who is in there with one reason in mind, "**** that dude up".

I don't recall threads being made when Mayweather dropped Gatti in similar fashion because the rule of the ring is,

              protect yourself at all times.

I'm not acting tough on anything. I'm trying to give you insight on the competitive nature of someone like James Kirkland.

I also don't think its necessary to acknowledge things like that in the ring since we all know they happen often. Its not like an accidental butt is new to the sport. **** happens, they are fighting, ooops, I mean, boxing eachother.

Gotta make sure I get the terminology right because we wouldn't want anyone to think that two men swinging fists at eachother are fighting.

first, you need to change the color of your posts cus it's hard to see.
second, I've seen black and white fights where they fist bump.
nothing new. it's not a new trend.
second, another rule of the ring is you can't hit on the brake.
and hell yeah, people where pissed off when Mayweather did that dirty ass ****.
anyway, you sound like a scumbag yourself, your fam. probably didn't show
you anything about respect and sportsman like conduct so I don't blame ya.
