ha, it was borderline. the ref did tell them to box, and when youre in the ring you cant play around.

Julio should have known from the start that Kirkland was not someone he should bother touching gloves with.

It was a little disrespectful, but in the heat of the moment with the intensity that Kirkland brings, you cant really fault him that much.

The ref broke them up and said "Box". Julio stretched out his glove for a tap and Kirkland threw a hook.

You gotta be ready for anything in there, But I personally don't like seeing that ****.

Anyway, he did a great joh tonight braking Julio.. not like it would have mattered.

I don't know about you, but when I talk boxing with anyone, we always refer to it, as a fight.

"Hey, are you going to watch the fight tonight?"

or

"Excuse me sire, will you be enjoying your evening with visual stimulation by tonights boxing matches?"

Come on, there's ring etiquette. What he did was in no way illegal, everyone gets that. It was just kinda scummy. But your in war with someone in there in a controlled competition....show some respect.

I don't think Kirkland is a scumbag, I think that was a questionable move. He'll mature.
