What kind of idiots would say that anyway? Unless of course if it's Xcaret you're talking to.

JMM has no belts @140 either so belts would be irrelevant to Marquez-Campbell @140 and settles unfinished business.

I think Campbell could of held his own if he wasn't weight drained.

Campbell vs Marquez at 140 would be a good fight.I would favour Marquez, but Campbell is a bit of an enigma and could pull it off.Cant see it happening yet though, they will likely make their own ways towards the belts up there and it could happen down the line.

Not only was Diaz a more marketable fight, but it was also a tough one. Its not like Diaz was a Bruseles or DAVID Diaz of the division. Marquez still chose a tough fight in his SECOND fight at lightweight and wanted ANOTHER tough fight in Campbell next.

Campbell had an opportunity and he ****ed up. He has and his fans have no one to blame but Campbell.

Who knows, if Campbell makes a name for himself at 140, there still may be a possibility.

one thought for you, Campbell had not fought in close to a year. If they wanted Campbell I'm sure all they had to do was ask.

Marquez did fight the champ. His name was Casamayor. Marquez has limited time. He's trying to make a name for himself marketing wise, but fighting credible opponents at the same time. Diaz made more sense than Campbell and only made the fight bigger if he won. Marquez had to beat Diaz and Campbell had to beat Funeka to keep the belts and the fight was on. That was the plan, but Campbell ****ed up.

So now its Marquez's fault that Campbell was unprofessional and lost his belts? right.

Wow. I haven't heard people saying that Marquez ducked Campbell (who can't make LW anymore). What a joke. Some people shouldn't be allowed to comment on boxing

Jmm beats campbell in a good, and pretty close fight imo.

The fight would be better than JMM-Diaz because Nate has more power and is more durable.
