According to many experts and fans at the time, Floyd was supposed to lose to those fighters. He took their titles.

A list of nobody’s and has beens can be brought up on any fighter.

Come on...Chicanito was still very good but he wasn't prime. One could make a good case about Floyd losing to Castillo in the first one. Corrales (R.I.P.) was good but he never cracked up to be what he was supposed to be.
