Why Boxing Is Better Than MMA

Boxing matches are talked about, dissected, and examined years after they happen. The what ifs of a particular bout have fans talking and debating for years, I dont get this sense from MMA contests, if Im wrong someone please enlighten me.

Your actually very wrong. We still talk about Royce Gracie's early dominance and whether he'd be a contender to this very day. You know about things you like a lot. I'm sure you can tell me various past boxing champions but couldnt name me 3 (if any) Judo champions or Mundial BJJ champions.

Your thing is boxing, and thats cool, but no one sport is better then another one because its all a matter of opinion. I cant ***in stand Soccer and Bull Riding but let me go to the south and tell them that Nascar and Bull Ridin is garbage and we'll see how long I last

Boxing is better because in some of the MMA fights both guys just stay in the floor hugging each other and you guessing whats happening and one of them has no more and surrender.. thats why boxing is WAY better

they're not hugging, they're grappling, you take someone with no grappling experience and have him try to fight on the ground and he would get submitted literally inside a minute

I am a fan of some of the guys that compete in mixed martial arts events but I am not a fan of the "sport" as a whole. I'de rather watch a sambo tournament, and the UFC is full contact pro wrestling.

I love to watch MMA until Lesnar knocked Couture... The reason I hate MMA not because Couture lost but because of Lesnar's record of 2-1... I can't imagine until now how he got an opportunity to fight in championship... LOL... In boxing, you need to overcome a lot of obstacles before having a championship fight... MMA has no credibility to me...

I really don't know how you can say that, how many paper champs and bums have won belts in boxing? there are so many belts flying around that anybody with a padded record and good connections could manage to get a shot at one
