I don't understand this at all. Not that I know who they are, but both Kali Meehan and Taras *****ko are ranked higher than Ruiz. Why aren’t either of them the mandatory?

It makes me wonder if the WBA is giving title shots based on who is willing to give up a higher percentage of their purse. Then again, it’s not like this or any other belt even matters. Wlad is the champion and will be until someone beats him.
