            Bro, he never said that Williams fought champs at 154 and 160. He said he has fought at all of those weights; 147, 154, 160 in his last three fights or so.

                It took Williams 13 rounds to get to Quintana while Cotto KO him in 5. Margarito disposed Cotto in 11 and when 12 with williiams.
