Theres a lot of P4P lists, around. There are a lot of bad lists, look at The ring list is horrible. They are based on opinions, but people with Commonsense have Cotto higher than Wiliams.

I think Williams has very good reason to be rated higher than Cotto right now.
i agree. Plus Williams fought and won at 154 and 160. Thats 3 divisions in his last 3 fights. Even tho it was against mediocre fighters, he made himself noticed in both divisions. If he wins against Winky, then ima have number 5. Because he's already top 10. And a win over Winky is great, even tho Winky may be rusty.

True. I actually wanted to write that I thought people were sleeping on Winky, who despite being inactive, is still a defensive genius. With that said I do expect Williams to knock him out.

Uh, what about work rate and the ability to be 6'1 and fight from both outside and the inside effectively. Not to mention that he is a very rangy southpaw.

I would be willing to bet that Williams KO's Cotto in a highlight reel type of knockout. Think Hearns vs Duran.

What about Winky being to strong for him. What you think? Factor or not?

**** no. he have his workrate, but he gets his ass tag on the inside and the outside. His defense is ****, and he doesnt used his reach, wich is his real atribute. Cotto will kill on the inside, with body shots.
