And mayweather would have stopped him if was not for the lowblow.

Now, dont bother replying, you say the same things all the time, and your posts nearly always concern the same individual.

Old, boring, long, faded and tired out,

Your so stuck in the past I might have to send Michael J Fox to go to the future and bring you back.
U actually have a woman with lines like that? LOL. Cornball.

I am good for another hundered or so posts in this thread, if people want to continue to argue with me.

BTW I do not feel like going back and seeing if you responded, but did you agree that Floyd is one of the biggest names in boxing currently, back during the N'Dou fight he clearly was not I will admit. He was known only to really hardcore fans at that point, it was not until 1 1/2 year later that he took on Gatti and that is where his fame really started to grow.

From the Gatti fight on his career really took off though, it is hard to say until he fights again what he is really worth, but you have to admit he is well known to even the most casual boxing fan (unless someone is brand new the sport, and even then they probably still know his name).

That and he plays the bad guy like no one else, he does not even have to really try to get people to hate him at this point, it is like second nature to him.

i agreed...he is now a well known name in the sport due to those high profile fights...in fact, i believe he should be paid accordingly...but i think $20mil is too steep

That is cool, I have no problem with anyone judging his worth lower, I just do not see him in the wrong for demanding the world, because if you do not try you never know.

It is easier to come down to more realistic demands then to try and pump them up after the fact.

NP you don't have to respond anymore, I am waiting for Banks-Adamek tonight and both fights tomorrow!

                  Cotto's run/oponnents/accomplishments at 147 despite his (now contraversial loss to Margarito) >>> Floyd's run/opponents/accomplishments at 147. Fact!
What does winning more Rds have to do with it? dominating? Cotto got his face busted wide open and had to low blow Judah to stop the momentum. Zab Judah had to low blow PBF to stop from getting beat up, to me it means more if a person has to cheat to beat me then I have to cheat to beat him FACTS! I will admit that Zab did catch PBF and his glove touched the canvas but the ruling is what it is. Zab at the most won 4to5 rds in that fight but I will tell you one thing PBF did to win that fight that Cotto couldn't do to win his with Margarito........PBF adjusted to Zab's speed & South Paw stance & picked Judah apart.

Cotto couldn't adjust to Margarito's pressure & got chased down & beat up by a boxer with less skills than himself? at 147 Cotto fought Gomez/Jennings? Those two opponents alone shouldn't give him credit at all considering there were better guys he could of fought. Zab Judah was the Unified champ until Baldomir beat him & PBF beat both of them & became the recognize CHAMP, FACTS. Sure he could of fought more but he didn't but can you deny that his level of skill is superior to Miguel Cotto's? Controversial win? Nobody knows if Margarito did or did not use the illegal wraps but if that is the case then he used them in his fight with Clottey & Williams but they didn't get beat up like he did.......Cotto best at 147? Don't make me laugh.

well, i just think asking for 20 pretty much kills any possibilities for negotiations...they offer 8 and he throws out 20...if i were schaeffer, i dont even know how i would reply to that....

Split the difference and say 14 million, and offer him the big chunk of upside. If his ears perk up maybe you have something, if not well atleast you know what his demands are so you do not have to waste anyones time going forward.
