People like u want fighters to fight the best regardless of $$$. People like me want fighters to fight the best, but realize it take $$$ for that to happen.
I realize it, and i also understand it. My problem is with the people who defend and condone this type of behavior.

Ermm, wasnt Judah coming off a very long layoff and a No contest when cotto fought him?

The thread is dumb, mayweather aint fighting mosley or pac for 8 million, a chimp boxing for peanuts would understand that, end of conversation.

but u looking at it as defense, when most time it is not. When a fan says why should he fight such and such for x amount of money when he can fight someone else for y amonut of $$$, is simply saying pay more $$$ so they can fight...knowing floyd want dat $$$.

If he wanted to make a name for himself, i would agree with u, but he has a name. Dude ain't never came to the ring lackluster or disrespected the game ever. He always in tiptop preparation....pay da man!
You ain't seeing any of that money, why you worried about him getting paid? And dude did come in lackluster and disrespected the fans and the sport when he ran from and potshotted Baldomir instead of taking it to him like he claimed he would. He ripped off every paying customer who tuned in to see him back his words up. He came in dressed like a gladiator and fought like a track star. He doesn't deserve 20 mil, and he won't see a nickle from me.

And Judah was coming off an embarrasing loss to a c-level journeyman with 9 losses when Floyd fought him. So?

If someone offered me what I thought was a derisory amount to do something, I can imagine making an unrealistic counter-demand like Floyd did. Instead of going public with "Floyd is asking for Jesus Christ money", why didn't Arum just make a sensible second offer? And why did he offer what he must have known Floyd would consider a derisory amount in the first place? It does look to me as if Arum was never serious about making the fight.

In any case, I think Floyd is more interested in fighting Pacquiao - if he can beat Hatton - right now, not only because it would sell better than a Mosley fight would, but also because of the former vs. current P4P angle, and the fact that Mosley turned him down in the past. (The fact that it is also lower risk may be a factor, as some say, but I'm not at all convinced about that, considering Floyd wanted to fight Mosley years ago and was turned down)

Not condoning, just saying what I think is going on.

So, people thought Judah took Baldomir lighly, wanted to see the mayweather fight and I think that PPV did 400k.

But yeah, if you think the Zab Judah coming off a long layoff and a no contest was better than the judah that fought mayweather, thats fine.

And mayweather would have stopped him if was not for the lowblow.

Now, dont bother replying, you say the same things all the time, and your posts nearly always concern the same individual.

Old, boring, long, faded and tired out,

Your so stuck in the past I might have to send Michael J Fox to go to the future and bring you back.
