He knew how to make people heated like none other in recent memory.
I'm all for just having him stay retired, its crazy that we talk about his finances more than his actual fights...SMH...

It is possible... if they want him to come out of retirement so much then they should pay up the money, I gotta admit though $20,000,000 is A LOT of money so I wouldn't blame them if they rejected the offer and didn't make it.
It kinda goes two ways really to be honest... but I thought they would have offered a little bit more than $8,000,000 for him to come out of retirement (I wasn't expecting them to offer $20,000,000 either though).
If they really want him to come out of retirement then it can happen, but if they are going by principle and say that he is demanding too much which is something they refuse (I wouldn't blame them, there choice) then there is also a massive chance of it not happening.
It could go both ways really... I gotta admit though I would like to see Floyd come out of retirement and have one or two more fights (only if his heart and desire to win fights is still there though) as many other boxing fans do.Last edited by Spacey1991; 02-26-2009, 04:54 PM.

Both Mosley and Manny are very good at playing the good guy. I mean hell Shane got away with preformance enhancing drugs, no one gets to slide with that **** like Mosley did. I think either fighter meshes very well with Floyd's persona. Hero-Villian is the best possible story line you can have for selling a fight, so much so that the names only matter a little bit (although being well known would most certainly help).
