At 147 its not ridiculous fast. Shane has faster hands at 147. If ur talking 140 and below tho Floyd's handspeed is top notch. And even at 147 he has faster hands than Cotto.

Cotto's timing was very good, and Mosley's defense isn't that good to begin with.

I'd say it's rated fairly accurately. Still top 10, maybe even top 5 speed among championship-caliber fighters, although fighting at 147 has taken a bit of the edge off.

Truthfully speaking with PBF sitting down on his punches and Cotto not sitting down on his punches PBF is still way faster than Cotto.

I have no problem with you saying PBF speed is overrated. But to mention PBF, Cotto and speed being close is just not a good comparison no matter how you try to slice it.

Maybe at 147 it's a bit overrated but at 135 no way that point is valid. He was insane fast at lightweight. I think Judah at 147 was faster than Floyd.

I agree that Floyd's speed might be a bit over rated but know way Cotto can be as fast as Floyd. Cotto seems kinda slow to me and if they ever fought, the difference would be quite apparent IMO. Too bad the fucker will never fight Cotto.
