Cotto is slow compared to Floyd hand speed. Williams handspeed is the same as Cotto

if you look at all his opponents......they're all pretty slow , lumbering guys for the most part.

the only guy i can think of that he fought that had any speed is zab.

mitchell and delahoya was fast in their prime BUT obviously an old mitchell at 147 instead of 140 is not prime and we all know how slow oscar has gotten especially after landing like 1 punch in the whole pacquiao-delahoya fight.

How can Cotto be as fast as Mayweather?? Handspeed is something you can't develop. It's natural

Maybe at 147 it's a bit overrated but at 135 no way that point is valid. He was insane fast at lightweight. I think Judah at 147 was faster than Floyd.

At 147 its not ridiculous fast. Shane has faster hands at 147. If ur talking 140 and below tho Floyd's handspeed is top notch. And even at 147 he has faster hands than Cotto.
