He is in my top 50 for sure, 30-35 is where I would slot him in. After the top tier of fighters which is like the top 20 to 25, you drop to another tier which can really fall in any order for the next 50 or so fighters. Anywhere from 25 to 75 works for me really, it is all in the eye of the beholder anyways (although 25-30 may be a little generous).
