are you really trying to tell me that this is a serious citizenship? you dont even have to live in Perto Rico or even have to visit it once in your life, as long as you have a relative that was born there?
technically, that means that my mother could sign up for a Puerto Rican 'citizenship' just because my mothers mother remarried a Puerto Rican, even though hes unrelated.

Certificates of Puerto Rican citizenship are issued to any persons born on the island as well as to those born outside of the island that have at least one parent who was born on the island
