If you think Puerto Rico wants that then you need to come out your cave with your two goats and one fighting rooster that makes you your money, and look around the island. Probably go to San Juan some times, and see that PR IS becoming a state.

I didn't agree at all about what the U.S. was doing at Vieques, but sterilzation is needed since I can't take the dam traffic anymore. 4 million people on an island that is about 100 miles long and 30 miles wide.
