Hopkins is the best opponent he's beaten, certainly better than beating Chris Eubank on short notice and one foot out the door. Hopkins was ranked higher than Eubank was at the time each fought Joe and, overall, Eubank can't hold Hopkins' jockstrap. The flip side is that Calzaghe looked worlds better against Eubank and struggled bad with Hopkins.
