We'll just agree to disagree.
I think Cotto would get Berto outta there but its a fight he could well lose Dangerous fight more so than a Clottey fight FOR Cotto anyway, i think a Clottey fight will always be long and gruelling but got has that extra dimension and spark he'd get the nod 9 out 10 times against Hitter i think

I think it was a solid one. B+ cuz he got cleanly hit by Jennings a few times...

I just don't see a Berto fight being more dangerous and/or tougher than a Clottey fight at this point, Cotto is more likely to lose to Clottey than he is to Berto IMO.

I see a Clottey fight being tougher but i think there is more chance of Cotto losing to Berto if that makes sense lol

It seemed to me as if Cotto was focusing more on defense, and being technical don't get me wrong he fought a excellent fight, but I didn't see the same tenacity that has typified his career. That is not a bad thing, but I except Cotto to become more defensive and less offensive as he progresses with his career. Overall I give his performance a B, due to the level of competition.

Lol, no bro it doesn't. Clotty vs. Cotto would be a 50-50 fight in realty. Berto would put up a good fight for the first 5 rounds, but I think Cotto would chop him down after that.

He fought alot more cautious and safety first early in his career where he would really soften a guy up before moving in for the kill. Its a good idea for him anyways he cant have a long hall of fame type of career if he gets into Margarito, Torres, Judah type fights much more

Clottey tends to fade late. Cotto sometimes does too, well at least against Mosley and Margs he seemed much more tired than usual.
