Why do some believe that Margarito and Trinidad Wraps "were the same"?

Either haters, or dumb ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why are some of the posters in here saying they are smarter than the whole boxing commission and every other professional in boxing that handles these situations.
Trinidad was told to remove his "tape" or "gauze" ..dead done deal. Margarito used Illegal substance hardening his wraps and it was used previously (evidence being the dried blood). A criminal act if you ask me....that's why the whole hearing, suspensions, media attention and everything else. I don't remember this with Trinidad "the same"...spare me the bias and crude deductive "reasoning".
It seems now when Margarito is finally suspended we have more of Margarito supporters using Trinidad as an example of "the same thing" Why is this?Comment

Hey, man, thank you for responding. You're right I should have made it more clear. I actually did mean the substance wasn't (or hasn't yet been) proven that it was plaster, that's why I wrote "plaster" in quotation marks... meaning that's what people are calling it without 100% official proof.
Actually, in another post in another thread, I said that I think part of the reason Mexico is saying that they will allow Margarito to fight in Mexico is because of what you're saying, the ban came without the official lab results.
I, too, can't defend Margarito. Just the fact they found anything at all means he and Capetillo put themselves in this mess, and as a result have to take all that's happening to them.
But it's irritating to know that this seriously messed-up incident is giving racists pricks a free pass to say whatever the **** they want. Plus, if that's not annoying enough, mother****ers pick and choose what they want to hear and ignore **** that goes against their agenda. But it's the godd*mn Internet, what do you expect?
Honestly, I just wish that people would take 10% of their hate for Marg and apply it to the Commission who didn't properly do their job. They hold responsibility too, yet they're the key witnesses in the hearing. Talk about conflict of interest.Comment
