Why do some believe that Margarito and Trinidad Wraps "were the same"?

Why are some of the posters in here saying they are smarter than the whole boxing commission and every other professional in boxing that handles these situations.
Trinidad was told to remove his "tape" or "gauze" ..dead done deal. Margarito used Illegal substance hardening his wraps and it was used previously (evidence being the dried blood). A criminal act if you ask me....that's why the whole hearing, suspensions, media attention and everything else. I don't remember this with Trinidad "the same"...spare me the bias and crude deductive "reasoning".
It seems now when Margarito is finally suspended we have more of Margarito supporters using Trinidad as an example of "the same thing" Why is this?

Tito threatened to pull out of the fight rather than rewrap his left hand.

He was FORCED to remove his left glove(conveniently wrapped before the inpectors arrived) and take off all that illegal **** he had going.

Not only did Tito have tape directly on his knuckles( a no no) he was wearing a cast made from layers of COMPRESSED GUAZE and TAPE.

That **** is ILLEGAL anywhere except Thailand and Mexico.

You see now that makes sense to me...Tito was probably chillin in Tijuana drinking tequila and hanging with the Vatos when it dawned on him to help Margarito out against Cotto(who he secretly despises for taking all the attention from him) He says" I used extra gauze because I hit harder but you should try the cement or plaster mixture" with that Margarito replied "Orale Carnar" and the rest was history....or HIS ..Story.
