That **** is ILLEGAL anywhere except Thailand and Mexico.

    The mofo got caught red-handed.

    No need to deny it.
So they "let Tito Slide" and said dont do it no more or you get pow pow ...right?

Why hurry-up and wrap his left hand before the officials arrive??

The cheatin' mofos were up to no-good and they ASSumed Hopkins and Co. were just another batch of dumb negritos...they were wrong..and FORCED to take that glove off and ABIDE BY THE RULES.

He meant Tito didn't get revoked and it wasn't no where near the extremity of Margarito's case..the plane must be flying right over your head..so I thought I'd help u out a bit..

There is quite a big difference between the wraps, from what I have heard Trinidad used loads of tape on his wraps, and Margarito used an illegal foreign substance in his wraps (well, attempted too), just to clear that up.

However by asking why people think they "were the same"... yeah it wasn't the same they were very different but they most likely found the similarity in the fact that they were both performing something illegal on there wraps.

Either way in my opinion it is a travesty and Margarito should have had a longer ban than one year.

Oh yeah and I just want to say... Woop! 600th post!

The ones who say that are the Mexicans who still refuse to believe that Margarito cheated.

I think that is what they mean when they say it was the same, when its obvious that it isn't, regardless, in a way both cheated, but Tony crossed the line.

Agreed, it could have really damaged Mosley permanently if he went through with it... I mean, Boxing is a rough enough sport as it is we don't need cheats like that putting more risk of danger to permanent damage of another fighter.

Also, if he used it against any of his other opponents (no proof he did or didn't)... then they could be classed as lucky to not have any permanent damage caused to them.

True, but luckily they stopped most of his fights when he was winning and didn't wait until the commission stepped in like Angulo's last 2 fights, if they did Tony would've killed a few fighters.

Trinidad = " OK but don't do it again"

MArgarito = " Almost ban from Boxing"
