UM, get it togetther.. his license was "REVOKED"..
for what? wet gauze? doesnt it get moist when a fighter sweats anyways?
it is confusing... paster of paris is a serious offense... I could understand revoking his license for that.. why wasnt Tito's licence revoked for his " illegal" hand wrapping issue?
Why wasnt SSM suspended for steriod use... it is confusing ..Comment

According to the Los Angeles Times, the California State Athletic Commission has revoked Antonio Margarito's boxing license, putting the boxer on suspension for at least one year and revoked the trainer's license of Javier Capetillo. Commissioners expressed doubts about Capetillo's story that he "accidentally" implanted hard inserts into the hand wraps of Margarito before the fight with Shane Mosley on January 24.
During Tuesday's hearing, Margarito's trainer, Javier Capetillo, took full blame for the hand wraps scandal. Capetillo told his attorney that he accidentally implanted inserts into the hand wraps of his fighter.
"I committed a big mistake," Capetillo said. "I don't want this young man [Margarito] to have problems. I'm here to cover any responsibility. I take full responsibility. I committed this innocent mistake."

Dude where I come from I have never saw a hard firm piece of gauze. To me the way they described it was plastic like not hard as a rock but firm and coated with a white substance. I am not nearly as slow as you my friend. You are defending what? What are you getting out of it? He did some illegal stuff. They are not going to openly admit the plaster to the public because they dont want a black eye on all of boxing and for other reasons I already explained. Keep showing your lack of intellegence by talking about me being a joke and slow when you are sitting at a stop sign waiting for a light to change....Lefty
your inside source already told you it was paster of paris and thus ...they just dont want a black eye on the sport. ..man, thanks for the inside scoupe.Comment

Maybe you are just that slow and still sitting at the stop waiting for the light to change. Well I just honked my horn so get moving my man....1.....LeftyComment

It's very simple - According to the rules of California, wraps or pads cannot be moistened whatsoever, even with pure drinking water. Almost everyone says the pads were moist with something. Whether it was plaster or not is not the issue until the test comes back.Comment
