Concepcion is a highly regarded prospect and if Luevano can beat him, he has a pretty good name to add to his resume. Just like Juanma would be on Vasquez' resume or Ortiz would look on anyones resume... The magnitude of this fight, being on a big stage and all that comes with it just cements Luevano even further as a fighter that has come a step closer to fighting somebody that can define his career.. A Concepcion loss will show that Luevano is that much better than a prospect highly touted by one of boxing biggest promotional companies in top rank..

I disagree, fighting someone with a name like Chris John OR Rocky Juarez will cement Luevano's legacy. At this point, Linares >>>>>>> Concepcion by far. Linares has beaten Oscar Larios who was a former champ and has a victory over Israel Vazuez. Abe hasn't achieved **** yet and won't do **** to Luevano's career unless he beats Steve convincingly, which is highly unlikely.

Hispanic is a race just like being black or Asian. Just, because you look Hispanic "Mexican" dont mean you come from Mexico or your nationality is Mexican does it.

i don't dislike mexican fighters because they get in there to ****. give fans their money's worth. hell, pacquiao is always in a good fight when he fights them because they are toe to toe in every fight. but most of the good prospects are falling down. from morales to barrera, margarito, mijares got ktfo by vic, ponce de leon by lopez, tomorrow arce will get ktfo by darchi, dela hoya got ***** slapped, rafa marquez and izzy hasn't put on a show for a while. what's happening? hope victor ortiz, humberto soto, antillon will get more fights.

Marquez is still winning but the other guys are just old and have finished, or are finishing their career's. What's prospective about that? Oscar is also old and finishing and Mijares and Margarito got beat by a better fighter even though they had been winning for years. What an absurd thread. You could make this kind of ****e up about any group of fighters.
