No such thing as a Mexican/American you can only have one nationality.

No Hispanic implies what race you are, it doesn't automatically mean, because there is a large population of Hispanics in South America that, that is your nationality. There are many many black people around the world and i dare say the places you are more than likely to find the majority of black people are places like (Africa,Jamaica etc) but guess what that dont necessarily make them African or Jamaican.
