not even less than a year ago, the P4P list had 5 mexicans on it, 3 of which were mostly technical boxers. So which mindless mexican brawlers do you speak of?

Must be something in the water. Or maybe the lead-poisoning has been kept under check in modern times and they are not as slow and tough.
