Dawson is a good fighter, but he is delusional if he thinks he is above Hopkins.

At complete odd's and sods with Carl Froch. If one Carl realised he was only hampering his changes for a fight due to his behaviour in addition to being ****, and Dawson was considered cos he's better and more respectful.

I half think Dawson knows Calzaghe woulda beaten him I'm afraid, as I've never strongly heard him say much different, and he's gotten quite quite about fighting either Hops or Calzaghe. He seems to content and blaze about being the likely future #1 as if out of default, both the current #1 and 2 guys beat him though in most views so it's a tad rich to say "king".

Anyways he's entitled to say it to an extent, great fighter and will be awhile til I see Dawson losing if at all. All the best to Hopkins, Calzaghe and Dawson.

There is no doubt that Dawson is the future of the light heavy division, but I would like to see him fight Hopkins, and then Kessler. If he can beat both of those, then he would be p4p one of the best on the planet.

Classy sentiments from Dawson. Some people on here would do well to follow his example.

id like to see him fight hopkins too but you dont know which hopkins will turn up..constant hugging spoiling boring hopkins or world class kelly pavliks worst nightmare hopkins, if its the latter it would be a top fight.

Chad Dawson has shown he has a lot more class than Carl Froch, by being respectful toward Joe upon his retirement.
