Comparing Lacy and Tito is just plain ******. You're showing your depth here...or lack thereof.

Sure there was hesitancy over Tito's performance against Oscar. But he silenced naysayers by moving up to 154 and beating a fighter considered top 20 at the time, and then stopping a fellow pound for pounder (Vargas) after. He solidified his claim as the world's best by moving up to 160 and flattening Joppy - something neither Hopkins nor even Jermain Taylor could do to a shot version.

Facts are facts. Tito was 40-0 (33), 29 years old and considered the world's best.

he was p4p #2 behind mosley and thats only because the public was angry at roy for not fighting michaelchevzski (sp), he would have been #3 p4p.

trinidad was a good fighter but he has done nothing at 160 worth noting.

it was a great performance by hopkins but in hindsight, trinidad wasn't as good as we thought (@ 160+).

Some lists had Mosley #1 (KO Mag, for instance) some had Tito.

Either way, whether he was #1 or #3...he was there. A great fighter, a top five pound for pounder.
