Margarito should do the right thing and rematch Mosley

What unfinished business is there? Margarito beat him already, what more does he have to prove against Cotto?

If you remember correctly Cotto was the Champ going into that fight and he has the claus in his contract to fight a rematch within one year of the date of the last fight. He wants a rematch Cotto that is. He has unfinished business with marg....Lefty

After getting KO'ed by Mosley, every excuse in the world popped up. He had weight issues, he had eye surgery, he wasn't mentally focused. OK, you want to prove yourself to be the better fighter? Rematch Mosley and beat him the second time around.

Instead, he's talking about going straight to a rematch with a guy he has already beaten, Miguel Cotto. Why? He has unfinished business with Mosley, not Cotto.

There is a pattern here. Margarito has been defeated by Paul Williams and Daniel Santos in recent years. Margarito has never openly sought rematches with the two.

But, he has sought rematches with Kermit Cintron and Miguel Cotto, two fighters he holds KO victories over.

I'm not saying this, but there are people who will say that he doesn't want to fight guys that he can't beat.

He should do the right thing and seek out a rematch with Mosley. That's what a real warrior would do.

As for right now, a rematch with Mosely is a dumb idea, he wasnt even competitive in the fight....
What he needs to do is take some time off and heal from the a$$ whoopin he got, wait for the investigation results, go back to the drawing board, fight Cotto and see if he still has what it takes to compete at the elite level.

Steroid use was already proven, There is no proof of plaster, just su****ion. thats why the gauge were taking to be tested.

From what I understand it was Mosley's trainer that asked them to re-wrap Margarito's hands because they were already taped up, and when they took them off dust, and blocks of plaster fell off of the wraps. It was on HBO, so I would assume that they were pretty confident that's what it was.

Cotto has only 1 loss and its to margarito, how does it work that he has unfinished business with mosley after mosley destroyed him? Its not like the fight was a close one where it couldve gone either way. I think MOsley already finished any business that will go on between him and margarito. Now cotto is a different story

nope.. not what was said. "blocks of plaster" ? the COMMSION was watching the hands being wrapped, its thier job , as well as the other fighters corner to make sure it was done right. ..

from what I heard it was gauge was a plaster like substance on it. but I heard this from the Mosley camp and doctor, Margarito camps denies any wrong doing and said it will come out from the investigation. They took the guage's to test them I suppose for plaster? Im not really sure... but if "plaster blocks ".."fell out "..then there would be no need for a test.

Ahh ok following you line of toughts Shane Mosley should not fight Marg again because he already beat him, jajaja what an idiot you are. You are trying to legitimize a fight that was from the start one sided and marg does not even win one round, and in other hand you are triyng to discredit a rematch for a fight that in the first one the looser was dominating in the whole firts half. I just not see coherence and logic in the way you think. I guess is that you are so hurt because your boy lost to shane that you doesnt want to wait too long for a second fight to be made because you have some hope that you boy can win in the rematch. Let me tell you, you are not the only one, there are fans of other fighters aswell that wan to see thier favorite fighter avenge thier defeats. And even more if the fight was close, entertaining, and both are in the same position at the same time ( Cotto and MARG).
