Thanks I appreciate that. To be honest when I first met Buddy McGirt I didn't even know who he was. I also didn't appreciate what it took for him to get where he is. It wasn't until after working with him, and his boxers for a while did I start to understand how hard it is to succeed in this sport. Also how important it is to be mentally and emotionally ready. You could have had a perfect camp, but if you're not 100% mentally focused that could be the difference between a win or loss, or even worse life or death..
