Kessler wants to leave Palle. (Kessler wants to fight in US, Palle wants to make big fights in Denmark)
Palle has a 3 fight option on Kessler. Larsen just said no to a fight against Bute. The Kessler - Larsen fight should be schedule on March 14, Mogens Palles 70 birthday.
I think the negotiation is as follow. Kessler give Palles his last big fight (In Denmark it will be huge) and Palle will leave boxing with a ****. After the fight Kessler is free to seek a new promoter and bigger goal abroad.

Great! After failing to land a big fight with a top guy we finally get this much anticipated all-danish showdown. I'm sure Parken stadium will be a sell-out.

Biggest fight available for Kessler for sure.

Those who wants to see Kessler against a top yank will have to wait. After Larsen, Kessler has another lame mandatory against the hugely popular, deserving, dangerous, superstar Perdomo (or something like that)...

Well, know we know why Mads Larsen didn't take the Bute-fight.

This will no doubt be the toughest fight a 100% fit Kessler has ever been in. I wonder if we will see a tactical fight with very little thrown, or it will turn into a streetfight.

He's wasting his career. Has Larsen beaten anyone in the top 30? Top 50 even?

That's my biggest problem with Kessler. Technically speaking, he's a very solid fighter who could give a lot of guys at 168lbs/175lbs a run for their money. But he's pissing it all away fighting nobodies.

He's 30 years old (I think), and his biggest fight is a loss to Calzaghe. What's worse is his biggest win is over Andrade. With 40 fights or so, that's a damn horrible record.

He needs to step the hell up. Otherwise, I'm done with him.

It's economics really. Kessler is in for the second largest purse of his career fighting Larsen. Larsen may not be qualified based on his the record of his comeback. You know that and so do I and most others here on NSB. But the danish public doesn't. The possibility of this fight has the media going out of control.

                  It's a danish version of Bruno-Lewis, Bugner-Bruno, Cooper-Bugner and Erskine-Cooper.

If Kessler wins this, sure thing he will become a P4P fighter

Oh I understand the Economics of it, Kessler will skate to the bank with this one, and it's an easy win for him.

I just want to see him in there with some more noteworthy opponets, hell I'd even settle for Miranda at this point, he's exciting, limited, and likely to get the snot beaten out of him by Kessler.
