He has Donaire who knocked Vic out, than if Arce wins he should fight him purely for entertainment purposes

That was at 105. Im not saying he doesnt have talent or anything. But he havent done anything compare to Calderon, Cazarez,Sosa or Solis. Im mean Calderon is arguably the best 108 pounder of All Time!!!!!!!

I couldnt agree with you more apart from Ricardo Lopez of course. But he had a shorter career at light fly.
calderon has no chin at 108, whats the point going up.
Im just worried he will get beat at 108 before Gonzalez gets his hands on him.
It took calderon untill he was 33 to make the top 10 p for p Gonzalez is already at 36 and calderon would put him top 10 at the ripe old age of 22.

At 105 Finito is miles away from anybody, but at 108 Calderon is the best. Calderon started boxing at 26 dude. Just Beating Calderon wont put him at the top P4p. Calderon have beaten cazarez x2, Sanchez, Ezquer, Dieppa,Tunaco,Reyes Barrera, ect, ect, ect. To get to the top P4P he have a long way to go. But I do believe after Calderon retires, Gonzales will be the king of the lower weight classes!!!!

See you just want Gonzalaz to beat Calderon lol, why cant Koki beat Calderon and make $$$, even if he were to defeat Gonzalaz nothing would happen for his career, he just beat another bum, but Koki is famous in Japan and donaire beat Vic.

Gonzalez is young and a master at cutting off the ring, and when he does catch him, he will hit him with so many uppercuts he will be down and out. The referee wont be able to call it a slip as calderon falls like he did everytime Cazares hit him with one.
You obviously havent watched Gonzalez and I have seen nearly every Calderon fight.
Gonzalez has looked like a young master cutting off the ring, but against who? Get my point? Landing those nasty upper cuts is great if the guy stands in front of you against someone who's not there makes you look foolish, pretty much what happens to every Calderon opponent, I've seen Gonzalez, wonder what fight of his against a great boxer/counter puncher you've seen?

You make a valid point but what you don't seem to see is the way Calderon can no longer run for 12 and Cazares hit him with two uppercuts which put him down, even though the referee didnt seem to agree. He ducks into an uppercut, it's his way to be elusive, Gonzalez takes that option away. But for clash of heads I think there would be a defeat on his record already.
No one is invincible for ever and should Calderon take the fight, it will be over by 6.
All I keep hearing on this thread is styles make fights but for the wrong reason , it his calderon that is tailor made for Gonzalez.
Check this out and see how vulnerable he is to the odd uppercut let alone 30 a round.

Chiquta Gonzalez is above Ivan Calderon. Not even argueable

Also Yukita Niida is a credible opponnet. He beat ronald barrera a lot easier then Calderon did.

Puerto Ricans are blind, they can't see beyond anything that dosen't carry their colors.
