When u have that much money and have worked as hard as he has to get it, more hard work. months of training and dieeting etc only to get hit by big bastards isnt very tempting.

Floyd didn't lose his desire for the sport. He just seen Margarito, Cotto, Williams, etc. hunting for his head and decided that he wanted to retire to keep his "O." Dont say that in 2006 they were nothing because it's 2009 and FLoyd is still in his PRIME. They made names for themselves the last 3 years to fight him and FLoyd is still PRIME as we speak. That's like saying Taylor shouldn't have fought Pavlik because who was he in 2006. There are always youngsters coming up.
