If Diaz beats JMM, get ready for the next excuse from Savannah as to why Campbell-Diaz 2 cant be made, because I guarantee you its coming. Why do you think we are pulling so hard for JMM in that fight?

There is a better chance for Campbell to fight a diaz rematch than Marquez. Juan Manuel is dieing to have another shot against Pacquiao. I think he sees this fight as a stepping stone to lure Pacquiao into a fight.

If Diaz wins i dont know who else is out there for him to fight that is worth it money and draw wise. Edwin Valero would be the only other legitimate fight out there. So there should be no reason not to fight Campbell in a rematch. Unless for some reason Diaz can lure Pacquiao into a fight which is something no fighter can pass up.

Anyways, Mr Trekas would you all fight Juan Diaz in Houston or how do you feel about a rematch and where

No because Juan Manuel Marquez doesn't want a 3rd fight with Pacman.

I found this on Youtube, it's the post-fight press conference.

In it, he says "The Nate Campbell fight is in the past, I've already forgotten about it. I don't even worry about that. With this victory I'm looking forward to the future." Then he goes and thanks Houston for the 1000th time.

Are those the statements of a true warrior?

This is why I don't support him. I've long believed that Juan Diaz had no heart and made his reputation by beating on old fighters who wound up quitting. By shying away from the subject he shows that he's not a true champion. He's in it for the money.

Nate Campbell had to goad and bait Diaz into the mandatory fight the first time, now Diaz won't even discuss the loss.
Im not about to read thru a **** load of pages..

Do you really think Nate would beat Juan Diaz again?
If Diaz doesnt get cut hes in good shape..
Trust me, if they met again, Juan will look like a totally different fighter..
Hes going to use his Jab and box from the outside..

Nate was doing everything he could to irritate that cut (veteran move, which is good)..
He would rub his shoulder all over that cut to make it worse..

If Diaz doesnt get cut up and Jabs its an EASY fight.. yes, EASY

And if he wins it does waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more for his Career.

I'm not downplaying Nate because he's a good fighter too but come on a win against Marquez not only does a lot more for him in the eyes of critic's but it also does way more for him in the eyes of Mexican fight fans who just happen to be his biggest supporters. It would almost erase his loss against Campbell and would also make him the lightweight champ.

No matter who wins, they have the same problem if they want to chase Pac. Because Hatton-Pac isnt happening till may 2, assuming pac wins, he wont make a decision about his next fight until probably june, and fight in sept or oct. No way jmm would sit that long.

                      side question.

What is taking so long to find a venue for the feb 14 card? It is about a month away and ticket sales are probably going to bomb right if they keep waiting right?
