Where you at 2501?
Why does Juan Diaz not want a rematch with Nate Campbell?

Juan Manuel Marquez is Ranked #2 PFP and Nate Cambell is ranked #15 PFP so how exactly can you insinuate that Diaz is ducking him when he's fighting a more respected fighter?
How come Campbell didn't want a rematch with Casamayor who schooled Nate 5 years ago?
Shouldn't he beat Casamayor first before he talks about Marquez if we all follow your logic.
Must mean that Campbell is ducking Casamayor right???
It is video of Campbell at the press conference calling out Casamayor for a rematch. Casamayor was Campbell's mandatory, then gave up that status to fight Marquez. Get your facts straight.
Pound for pound on whose list? Your own? Pound for pound lists are all subjective, some people have Calzaghe number 2. And most of Marquez's achievements have been in lighter divisions.
I don't care what you did in other divisions, I only want to hear about the number 1 lightweight, the guy with the belts Campbell, and the number 2 or 3 lightweight Juan Diaz, who lost to Campbell.Comment

You are on fire at the moment, keep it up man. Don't let the Diaz fan boys get to you. I doubt it will happen since you know what you are talking about.Comment

Just come out and say that you don't want to lose again, don't try and fool the public. The fans aren't ******.
Imagine if Lennox Lewis just took his losses and said, "well, I'm looking past Oliver McCall, the real money is against Frank Bruno" and didn't avenge his losses. If you feel you can do better, go do better.Comment

After the Katsidis fight he said he wanted to get back to being a world champion. He then hesitated, then proceeded to call out Juan Manuel Marquez. Nate Campbell is the guy who beat him and took his belts, so why not talk about a rematch to settle the score?
I found this on Youtube, it's the post-fight press conference.
In it, he says "The Nate Campbell fight is in the past, I've already forgotten about it. I don't even worry about that. With this victory I'm looking forward to the future." Then he goes and thanks Houston for the 1000th time.
Are those the statements of a true warrior?
This is why I don't support him. I've long believed that Juan Diaz had no heart and made his reputation by beating on old fighters who wound up quitting. By shying away from the subject he shows that he's not a true champion. He's in it for the money.
Nate Campbell had to goad and bait Diaz into the mandatory fight the first time, now Diaz won't even discuss the loss.Comment
