OF COURSE, he is defensive and non-objective!!
honestly I think it was a perfect storm of things going wrong for dlh, but especially that pac is an exceptional fighter. against a lesser fighter dlh might have had a chance still.

Overtraining, undertrained, weight drained....I don't care. Pac team had the better plan and Manny executed it. 1-win for Pac and 1-loss for Oscar is what counts.

**** this weight drained excuse by the haters..
I think it's evident from the opening bell that it's Pac's style, elusiveness and speed that troubled Oscar.

OK. Then Camacho was a greater fighter than Leonard.

              De La Hoya vs Pacquiao

I cannot believe the pile of S**T that came out of Conditioning and Nutrition coach, Robert Garcia. Come on Robert, we all know that Oscar didn't have a good nutrition for this fight. Look, the Friday before the fight, Oscar came in at 145 pounds for the weigh in, which means he had very little to eat and drink (water) on Thursday. Then the day of the fight he came in at exactly 147 pounds, which only confirms that he starved himself Thursday, Friday and Saturday the day of the fight. He only gained two pounds which is not enough to give him the proper nutrients that a fighter of his caliber needs in order to perform well. Any good boxing trainer knows that most fighters will put on 10 to 15 pounds after making weight, which converts into glycogen and other energy producing nutrients. Although I give you credit for getting in the shape you got him in. If Oscar would have been smart, he would have a least gained 5 to 7 pounds above 147. Even though he would have had to pay a mill per pound; however, had he done this the fight would have been canceled by Pacquiao's camp.

I agree that quality sparring is necessary to prepare for any fight but I don't think that Mayweather Sr. would have made any difference. Nacho Beristain did a hell of a great job and we must respect him. After all he has trained more world champions than Mr. Mayweather.

Tell Oscar, Erik, Marco in their face that they are shot,.. and see what will happen to your hard nose.......hehehe

Nope, there is no excuses. Manny beat that ass.

Sure Oscar didn't look great but he didn't look completely shot either. He just looked confused like he didn't know what the hell he was going to do.

                  And got his ass beat.
