I think the only other way this fight might happen is if Pac gets upset by someone, and he uses a Guzman fight as a rebound.

If Guzman lost to Pacquiao, people would say that old age caught up with the Dominican clown, and Pacman scored another win with a "past his prime fighter".

But both are in their prime right now.

Not after Pacman pummels him. Pacquiao has this knack for turning "prime" fighters into "shot" fighters overnight.

And use the fighter's age to back it up.

Only hardcore pacquiao haters would say such a thing. Listen, that's just the way it is with some boxing fans. If they don't like a fighter, they'll never give him props. This is especially true with extreme nuthuggers. Like Marquez fanatics will always bash pacquiao no matter what, and vice versa.

But I think level headed fans know that Guzman vs Pacman is very intriguing match up. I think it's pretty absurd to say Pacman would pummel Guzman, as Guzman has never received a beating in his career and has a very solid chin, plus his defensive and elusive style would create problems for anyone including Pacman. It's also tough to say because Pacman has never really faced a slick elusive fighter before, or if he did it was a very long time ago. Pacman, for the most part, has fought typical come forward Mexican style opponents.

I'm a huge Pacman fan, and a big fan of guzman, which is why I want this fight to happen.

He still ****ed up by not making weight, same with castillo (and plenty others). And with Guzman/Campbell, they both agreed to fight after guzman didn't make weight but Guzman messed himself up too badly by dehydrating himself severely, was throwing up blood and was not medically cleared to fight.

Look, whenever a fighter does not make weight or pulls out so soon before a fight, you know they done f'ed up big time and obviously something is wrong (either their training, eating habits or they are simply in the wrong division). Guzman has admitted his mistakes, obviously it was a huge one which effects him more so then anyone else and he will have to live and pay for that mistake. I believe in second chances and I think he deserves to prove himself just like all the fighters in the past that have made mistakes.

I totally believe that if Pac whooped him ...his fans will say Guzman lost a step....To be honest Guzman should not even be used in the same sentence with Pac. Pac has fought wars and has beaten HOF fighters. Guzman .....well ..Guzman.....has done nothing...this guy has made his name on something he didnt do. The fight is a bit intriguing but to be honest, what kills it is Guzman running like crazy, I see this playing out like Hector Camacho Sr. vs. Julio Cesar Chavez. ...Also Guzmans Chin hasnt been checked because he fought many many bums in a country not known for boxing.<----any lies? nope.

Guzman would take him i reckon. Most underated fighter around in my opinion.
