seriously think about this one before you talk? Even weight drained and weighing almost the same as Pac Man does that still make Oscar and manny the same size??
No it does not make them the same size since Oscar was weight drained and was not at his healthy state.

There's nothing in the rules which says a fighter can bulk up in weight. It's an unintended loophole which many boxers have exploited.

i am not going to explain the krebs cycle to you over the net. just get this...... FOOD ALONE WILL NOT CAUSE YOU TO GAIN TEN POUNDS OVERNIGHT.... IT WONT HAPPEN.... IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. IF YOU GAIN TEN POUNDS OVER NIGHT THEN THERE IS SOME OTHER FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE GAIN, SUCH AS DEHYDRATION.....

Ok so my question is where was the advantage???? And i'm not buying this weight drained garbage because Oscar weighed 147 a full month before he fought Pac man. his body had more than enough time to get used to it.

Seriously i'm giving your fighter a compliment and you should just take it becasue i assure you I hardley ever give Pac man very much credit.

Just take the compliment and leave the thread before i change my mind LOL!

The thing is they don't gain the weight back over night they gain it back in close to 36-40 hours.

That can be up to 5 meals. I know i can put down at least 4 meals in a 36 hour period. So can most normal people if you think about it.

Yeah, so that is why I think there should be a rule made for it, even though it wont happen.

your body naturally goes up and down 7 lbs over night. im sure that the fighters dont come into the weigh in on a full stomach. that wouldnt make sense.

Your point is meaningless. Simply weight classes were developed so boxers don't have any weight(any type of weight) advantage. Boxers should not have a more than a 10 pounds advantage. Williams would have like 15 pounds on Mayweather while Margarito have 11 pounds. You should not be fighting for the WW Championship if you are at a SMW or MW weight. It's a embarrassment to the sport.

                      ...

I have put up a poll asking if they think there should be a 7 pound limit maximum, with answers; Yes, No, and Not Bothered. So we can see what people think.
