Its teams weighing Pros and Cons, not one fighter being afraid of another. I promise you, deep down inside Vic Darchinyan feels that if he brings his "A" game, he could defeat either Klitschko... despite giving up over 120 pounds. Fighters don't "fear" other fighters, and if they didn't believe that they were capable of putting on the worlds best performance, they wouldn't be in the sport.

Wlad does not fear Haye, and we know Haye does not fear Wlad. I pick Wlad over Haye with a late KO. If Wlad can keep enough distance between he and Haye, it only takes one of his classic one-two combos to knock the cornrows of Haye. Wlad knows he can't take a punch... hence his ENTIRE style of fighting that he's developed. He'll keep the distance.

This guy has a point. Haye's fans should stop whining about Wladimir and call for heir fighter to prove himself against some fellow contenders.

There is a new rumor going around the internet this afternoon that Wladimir will fight Haye in London on June 9!

We'll likely know for sure by tomorrow, or at worst by the end of the week.

That's impossible. Wlad needs to fight Povetkin by early September. His first fight in '09 needs to be in April.

It is possible, Povetkin's camp can be easily paid off. They ain't looking for a fight either.

However I dont believe that Wlad would fight Haye in June if he fight Arreola in April.

Wlad himself admitted that after every fight he usually takes a month off where he does not touch the boxing gloves at all and he need two months to prepare for a fight. Simple math shows that there is just not enough time form April to June. August is much more plausible.

It's like this, vitali and wlad would get 0 credit for beating haye, so whats the point of giving haye a payday unless haye actually fights someone with a pulse in the heavyweight division.
Wladimir or Vitali would get a great deal of credit for beating Haye. He is viewed by the majority as the biggest threat to their dominance and the toughest opponent either have faced in years. That is why both of the brothers should want the fight.

It's certainly not the case that a majority of informed observers consider Haye their biggest threat. On this particular website with a large Limey population, Haye is fairly popular.

Povetkin is a good kid. He's far more of a Tyson than Chageav.

Also whoever said Enzo has a glass jaw is an idiot and clearly doesn't know boxing.

Respect for Vitali for taking the Gomez fight, a more difficult one than Haye also he kind of owes the WBC this fight owing to the favouritism they've shown him recently. I hope the joke of the Haye/Vitali never happens, haye can cave in Wlad's head instead.
