With Vitali Facing Gomez, Should Wladimir Fight Haye?

Yes, I think if a fight can be arranged as early as late March or April, Wlad should tell HBO to go F*** themselves, and fight Haye instead of Arreola.

He's unlikely to do that though. He's quite keen on keeping business things tidy on the American front, and I reckon Emmanuel would also encourage him to keep on HBO and not risk Haye when his brother is handling him already. Plus, not really in his nature, he's very agreeable really.

A prepared Gomez is one guy who can give Vitali the biggest problems of the current heavyweights and i think he could maybe win on points!

That's the only worry, that he doesn't prepare as well as he should. But with a fight like this, I'd like to think he'd know better than to not prepare correctly.

A fight w/ Wlad makes more sense because he's not currently saddled with a bull**** mandatory (for the moment). Vitali doesn't want to lose his trinket so he'll pay the WBC the extortion to fight Gomez and possibly Maskaev next. You gotta be pretty ****** to be controlled like that.

WBC, made Vitali the emritus champion and granted him a shot as soon as he came back. I think Vitali' believes he owes it to them.

I'd call out both Klits if they would fight me for millions of dollars. It'd take more balls to actually fight some top contenders first and actually earn a shot. Haye said he would fight two top 10 guys, I'm still waiting for the first.

Shawn was talking about Wlad and Haye. Macca and Haye were two guys with glass jaws that could punch, but wasn't very exciting, so who knows?
