Say what you will about Wlad but at least he has beaten many a top ten heavyweight and you can't say Haye has even beaten one. If I were the Klitscko brothers I would laugh at Haye and tell him to go earn his way to the heavyweight title and only then should he get his shot. Maybe it is simply because Haye realizes he can't prove himself and why get knocked off by the likes of Samuel Peter when all he has to do his talk his way into a big payday with one of the Klitscko's. After all everyone should realize that Haye is not, and never will be, the reincarnation of Evander Holyfield.
Money dog, that's all it is. Klits see dollar signs wit Haye but somehow Wlad thinks he'll see stars if he fights Haye. He's been duckin and lettin big brother get the fight cuz he knows he's gotta weak chin. Wlad vs. Haye is waay better for Haye and I give Haye a much better chance of winning then wit Vitali. Povetkin vs. Wlad happens as late as September of this year right? So Haye and Wlad should jus do it, have an HBO PPV it would make a lot of money. I wish Haye could fight someone like Ibragimov or Thompson before fightin Wlad.

All a bit of a muddle right now as we all thought is was Vitali/Haye next, now Vitali is fighting Gomez, and now people are saying Haye should Wlad but hasn't Wlad and Arreloa agreed to fight?and also Wlad has got a majority defence to make against Povektin as soon as he is back from injury?

So if Vitali beats Gomez him and Haye could arrange to fight around late june to early august. And maybe Haye could have another stay active fight? But who knows!

How is Wlad suddenly likely as an interim. What has really changed, other than Arreola in the mix for Wlad making it even less likely than before, when it wasn't talked about.

Sorry I must be missing something here, but I sense this is quite misleading, based on little and getting ahead of ourselves. As good as it could be, it seems to be based on little more than sudden wishful thinking.

A fight w/ Wlad makes more sense because he's not currently saddled with a bull**** mandatory (for the moment). Vitali doesn't want to lose his trinket so he'll pay the WBC the extortion to fight Gomez and possibly Maskaev next. You gotta be pretty ****** to be controlled like that.

A fight between Vitali and Haye would be more meaningful if there were a world title on the line.

A fight between Haye and a Klitschko would make more money if Haye first KOed a couple of well-known heavyweights (like Toney and Brewster).

Wladimir would have to dump Arreola to fight Haye, because his next opponent no matter what has to be the guy who won a tournament to become mandatory, who also happens to be an undefeated challenger, Olympic gold medalist, and top HW prospect of his generation (which includes Haye).

I think that if Haye faces one of the Klitschko brothers if not both of them it should be Wald... I think he would stand a better chance in beating Wlad than he would of beating Vitali... and i think this is a fight he wants to take... he has mentioned fighting one of the Klitschko brothers in the past and started off by calling out Wlad on a number of occasions... but I think after Haye beat Barrat there was speculation about Hate fighting Vitali and not Wlad... but with Vitali fighting Gomez I think a fight between Wlad and Haye should happen...

Haye should take a match with Chambers, Thompson, or Virchis. All three have recent losses, and all three could give Haye a test and, if he were to win, HW credibility.

I'd pick him to lose any of the three, but I'd give him a 30-49% chance in each.
