LOL Joe was ducked in his prime.

He has commented on many opinions and complained about the sport he has been in for many, many years. Why would he not want to come forward and talk about trying to pursue a fight with Jones early in his career? Calzaghe mentioned a fight he tried to get with Pavlik years ago before Kelly was even a name. What is the difference between the two?

BTW Calzaghe was just as dirty as Hopkins in that fight and he even admitted to low blowing Hop.

Joe will be 37 in March. At that age Roy had just lost 3 in a row, 2 of them by brutal knockout. Hopkins was an extremely late bloomer. Nice try though, run along now.

I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned, at least by Warren.

And FFS, people keep ragging on Joe for fighting Jones "when he was old", but it was Jones himself who wanted the fight. How many times did he say "I want Calzaghe" recently? That's what his last 3 fights were for; working himself back into position for a top fight, and that fight was Joe Calzaghe.

Jones waited until Calzaghe was old! LOL.

Now we should believe Frank Warren???????? What about when he talks about Joe pulling out of fights because of nerves or his talk of Calzaghe avoiding Pavlik for Jones? Frank is an unreliable source.
