ring title means a lot to me , scott.

in fact just a ring ranking of #1 to me is more prestige than a belt.

but what do i know?......i love reading the ring magazine since i was a kid.

How many different owners has that magazine had since you were a kid? Somehow I think if Wlad were a GBP fighter he'd have that belt by now.

there was no lineal champ at heavy since lewis retired.

to have a new lineal champ you have to unify all 3 major belts (wbc , wba , ibf. wbo doesn't count) OR the #1 has to fight #2.
Vitali became lineal, by your own standards, when he defeated Corrie Sanders. Vitali was 1, Corrie was 2, and the Ring belt was on the line along with the WBC belt. The WBO stripped Corrie before hand, so in reality, he was the WBO champ going into that fight.

too much conspiracy about ring since gbp bought it.

those writers have a holier than thou attitude. if anyone from gbp tried to influence them at least one would cry bloody murder and make a big deal about it. trust me.

like i said before. wlad never unified all 3 belts. nor was involved in #1 vs. #2 fight.

mayweather didn't get a ring belt at 130 for god's sake! that's because he didn't accomplish any of the 3 criterias.

it's not my standards. it's ring magazine. read the magazine.

and what the hell are you going on about with vitali?

vitali was the ring champion after he beat corrie. he lost it when he retired.

Personally I don’t think there is such a thing as “cleaning out the division” as there will always be another guy who will be waiting in line.

He needs to face Valuev, Chagaev, and his brother.

who cares what ring magazine says it's just a magazine all that matters is waht other fans think and everyone knows Wlad is the man in the division right now.

By your standards or Ring standards.. No one can ever claim the "lineal Championship again.. If Lennox retired as champ the line is broken.. Hell I guess the line was broken a few times in history.. I mean Marciano retired undefeated..

It's not just the heavyweights.. many of the linear tiles have been broken over the years..
Wlad is should be declared the Undisputed champ and that Includes in America

He is not just the Number one ranked Heavyweight.. He is the Champ..
