The speed AND the southpaw stance. When Floyd decided to go to work on DLH, DLH froze up. PAC just kept up the pace from the get go.

Imagine if Floyd applied the same pressure on DLH instead of laying on the ropes, hmm, would we have seen a stoppage?????

think about it, imagine if PAC did the same thing Floyd did(laying on the ropes), I'm sure DLH would've done some work too, but no, PAC wasn't having it. that's why in-between rounds, Roach kept repeating to stay off the f**kin' ropes, 'cause that was DLH's only chance of doing anything. The center of the ring belongs to the faster fighter PERIOD

Too bad it's always "what if" when it comes to Mayweather.

A combination of Age and Perpetual Motion beat Oscar that night.

Oscar is older and slower. Manny would not allow him into the fight. I don't think this weight draining business had anything to do with it.

Oscar is just plain old folks. He came in two pounds under and was not weight drained or struggling to make weight at all. He lost muscle mass due to letting himself go and that strange Kangaroo diet.

He had the body of someone who had not seen a gym for a long time and lost muscle mass because of it. That Diet probably prevented him from getting the carbs he needed to regenerate himself. His training was probably light and he looked out of shape.
