He just got his ass kicked plain and simple. His own camp refused to use the weight drained excuse. It's hard to get off any shots when you're opponent is 3 times faster and flurryin at will all nite. Pac made him look shot.

There were no issues on the weight during training camp. Oscar is in great physical condition. One week before the fight Oscar already weight 146-147.. Pac was too good for Oscar.. Even Oscar admit how great Pacquiao is..

I think DLH losing the weight the wrong way led to him being shot and Pacquiao is a great fighter so a combination of all 3.
