Dont be daft. Most Brits would put deluded Audley way a head of Khan.

Because the boxers get **** too easily. Amir Khan for example and get overhyped ( Calzaghe).

Don't get me wrong there are British boxers I like. Hatton and Lenox Lewis and Haye. There are just some I dislike. Amir Khan, Audley Harrison, Danny Williams and Whitter.

yea i mean i think brit fans are the best simply because they seem to like fighters based on styles etc more than their own nationality but i just figured it was odd and i think they should root for their guys more

I am british and yes most of the brits slate british fighters, saying they are over-hyped and soso would beat soso etc. annoying.

              They are a embarrassment.

Calzaghe struggled with a 43 year old man who could have gotten the decision easily.

Hatton was talked up as the fighter that would beat feather fisted Mayweather but was KO'D

Khan is nothing and will never be something

They say RJJ ducked B level and C fighters like Benn Eubank

It's not so much Brits in general, it's more English people. The reason for that is the media who seem to focus more on English sportsmen than other sportsmen from the UK. This creates hatred from other UK countries. But I think it may be fair to say it even creates some self-loathing from English people themselves. In all honesty though, all UK countries talk down about their sportsmen to an extent. I think it can sometimes be a way of coping with failure. There are winners out there at the minute, though. I think everyone should enjoy it.

I like fighters based on what they are, not where they're from...

You must not see half the posts on here for Calzaghe. I wasn't here when Hatton was undefeated but I expect it was the same. The Brits seem decent when it comes to being fair to all fighters but a lot of times with Calzaghe and just as a country they seem to go a little overboard. Most of them are humble though and its possibly because USA has been beating them down since 1880. lol just playing.
