Has to be Margarito despite the Pacquiao hype. He beat two PRIME fighters in DECISIVE & NON-CONTROVERSIAL fashion. Going on the seniors tour and beating old men to a pulp doesn't get as much credit from me. DLH was a walking punching bag.

Look at the size difference in the Pac vs. DLH fight, DLH was way bigger then Pac. He fought at 130, 135, and 147 in a span of a year. Maybe if Margarito took a Williams fight this year and beat him I would mention Tony in this race.
Funny how everyone is now calling Delahoya a washed up old fighter now.
Pacquiao beat Juan Manuel Marquez, but many had Marquez winning the fight, including me. It was no robbery by any means but many people thought he lost. Then he had a big win over Diaz, a very good win over a champion. And finally a win over De La Hoya, who whether you like it or not, had just come off of a fight where he looked shot and struggled to beat Steve Forbes. Non of this is Manny Pacquiao's fault, he did what he had to do and brilliantly, but when I look at what both fighters accomplished this year I have Margarito ahead.

So beating a top 3 P4P fighter, and then moving up a division to capture a title, and then moving up 2 divisions and crushing a future hall of famer beating him into submission isn't credit worthy for you ?
LOL
Good thing your 'credit' doesn't mean ****.

why do people bring up tonys weight against cotto? cotto is a natural welter, thats why he moved up in weight people,he is the one who was outweighing his opponents when he fought at jr. welterweight,he looked way bigger, always did,and he fought ex lightweights going up in weight. now he faces a natural welter just like him and he loses,he lost because he just couldn't handle tony's pressure and his punches did nothing to him, just like williams, cintron, santos, their punches did nothing, and they are bigger than tony, simply put cotto lost because he couldn't take it anymore,i would say he quit, not lost

Dude, you do know that 98 % of fans and experts picked Oscar to win that fight, right.
Stop the hATE.
And diaz was the wbc champion and the bigger guy ....Pac was moving up to the 135 division for the first time and he completely shut him out COLD!
I know you're a Floyd fan but you have to give credit to where it's due.
