When will people realise Toney is OVERRATED.

He lost to all the top fighters he faced who had footwork or robbed them on scorecards and the only big fights he won was because of a style miss match (Toney-Jirov etc).

Toney won the Jirov fight by razor thin decision imo.

And its ****** to say arm punchs as in bicep area, shoulder, kidney shots arn't scoring points. Forearm blocking thats gets a pass but depending if those forearms start hitting his face or his gloves start hitting his face and who's trying to make the fight.

Ever since I saw Toney being schooled by Roy Jones, it became clear he's overrated.

Maybe he was afraid to go to the UK and fight Eubank or Benn, because he wouldn't have his home judges over there

I dont think hes overrated at all, IMO if Toney was in his Prime Now, he would be ****ing up everyone in his weight class (MW-SMW)...

i seem to recall him beating a guy called michael nunn, another bad dude called barkley, MCallum and a whole lot of good fighters
