Tiberi's scoring blows were the same as Castillo's in that fight - almost nonexistent

but you didn't have Toney clearly outboxing him like Mayweather did to Castillo in the first five rounds

I had Toney beating Griffin both times, losing to Rahman in the first fight, beating Tiberi by a point, beating McCallum all three times, beating Peter in the first fight and still haven't been able to find the Thadzi fight

I watched those fights expecting to see guys figuring Toney out, but nobody besides Roy has ever really figured him out. he never loses clearly and hardly ever deserved to lose in his career other than against Roy and the 2nd Peter fight

He's had several go against him as well. Peter 1, both Griffin fights, the McCallum I draw (I thought Toney won the first and lost the rematch). I had no problem with the Rahman draw, unlike many people, because Toney landed a lot of clean counters and did his share of clean punching. The Johnson decision was fair. He should've lost the Tiberi fight, Oquendo fight (from what I've heard, I only skimmed thru that boring fight), McCallum 2 (114-113 on my card). The Batchedler fight was close, but so terrible that I didn't bother to score it. A win, loss, or draw were all okay IMO.

I've never seen his draw with Sanderline Williams, SD over Sosa, or close win over McGroom.

the SD against Sosa was absolute ****. I had it 118-110 Toney and I believe the commentators had it really wide as well. Bernstein was one of them. that fight was not close at all

Some of the others are debatable, but that's one he clearly should have lost.

It's in our videos section, if anybody wants to see it.

                  That's what I thought too...

It was a robbery if ever there was one.

James Toney WON the Tiberi fight. Tiberi was throwing hundreds of punches a round boucning off of Toney's arms and shoulders, and an out of shape Toney laid on the ropes and countered CLEANLY.... I had Toney winning the fight.

When will people realise Toney is OVERRATED.

He lost to all the top fighters he faced who had footwork or robbed them on scorecards and the only big fights he won was because of a style miss match (Toney-Jirov etc).
