how dare u..eh its all good...i personally wouldnt even mention manny in the same breath as morales..if that version of erik kicked mannys ass and EVEN A WORSE VERSION was winning the 1st half of the fight when manny cried about his gloves, i can only imagine what an ABSOLUTE PRIME version of Morales would do to manny at 126 and 122..manny would literally leave the fight in a coffin....

If Pacquiao was facing “the same guy” at the same weight only a year before that, and ruled the 130 division before he lost to Barrera… suddenly he’s a mummified version in the rematch? LOL!

Fights are judged by 12 rounds, it doesn’t matter if you were losing before the midpoint or they would’ve stopped the fight as being futile for Pacquiao, but the fact is Erik was leading by just a manageable 4 rounds to 2 by the halfway mark. He was leading but he was taking a lot of damage particularly to the body in the 1st 6 rounds. I’ve seen fighters overcome much bigger deficits than that. I’ve seen fighters losing all the rounds until they’ve managed to KO the other guy (Diaz-Sta. Cruz for example). That’s called HEART.

As for the so-called “ass kickings,” it wasn’t Pacquiao who had a habit of going spread-eagle on the canvas 4 times in those encounters. Marquez just can’t stay vertical with Pacquiao. In the 1st fight, Marquez got away with his belts thanks to a scoring error by one judge who admitted that mistake. Pacquiao got his 3rd lineal title in the 2nd fight.

The Diaz win isn’t much to rave about but he was champ in a division Pacquiao has never stepped in and he completely wiped him out. Almost nobody gave Pacquiao a shot better than an ice cub in hell against De la Hoya, because he was small and never ever been at 140, let alone 147, and now that he wiped him out as well, I personally would be ashamed to give any excuses for Oscar if I was debating against Pacquiao. I don’t want to look ******.

Finally about Barrera being in the middle of a Morales Trilogy... that’s just ridiculous. Barrera is a professional and he can’t be using that as a lame excuse especially when Pacquiao faced him twice, faced Morales thrice and Marquez twice (7 fights like you said). At least only Pacquiao had the balls to face Marquez when he was still Champ at 126.

Marquez did.. morales just got the right judges and got the correct decision.

The first Morales fight was the clearest fight that Pacquiao lost IMO.
