Trinidad & Calzaghe "Who Ranks Higher All-Time" ?

If they both retired today (trinidad is most likely retired already) and Calzaghe keeps talking retirement, so if they both retired today... who ranks highers in the All-Time list.

Calzaghe has an undefeated record with wins against

    Hopkins (43)
Jones (39 and really shot, face it)
    Kessler
    Eubank

Trinidad spent a few years known as the best in the game, one of the most respected knockout guys in recent times and with wins against

De La Hoya (Undefeated at the time)
    Vargas (Undefeated at the time)
    Mayorga
    Whittiker

      Calzaghe.

Calzaghe is unbeaten and reigned for over a decade. People will always make arguments for him being able to beat this or that guy because he never lost. Unlike Trinidad who to be fair his loses were mainly due to being out of his comfort zone weight class wise.

Trinidad, no question. Being undefeated is overrated. If it meant as much as Calzaghe fans think it does, Rocky Marciano would be the greatest of all time.

Trinidad instilled fear in other fighters, unlike Calzaghe, and fought the best of the best. Clearly his downfall was going above 154, but either way I'll remember him as the better of the two.

All the Calzaghe fans are just voting without defending themselves. Figures.

Chris John also has an unbeaten record, 10 title defenses spanning 4 years and has wins over Gainer and Marquez, I don't think he's even in the top ten P4P, much less a shoo-in for hall-of-fame.

Right...so Calzaghe is better by virtue of being lucky enough to having fought the 43 year version of Hopkins as opposed to the 36 year old version.

Unbeaten records don't mean **** in my eyes. How many times did SRR lose? Or Duran?

Hatton might have remained unbeaten if he hadn't had fought the best fighter of his generation.
